Salalah - Hotel & beach offering day passes?

We are due to be stopping in Salalah in April and would like to hear if anyone can anyone recommend any hotels situated on the beach offering day passes for the use of their facilities?

How did you get on in Salalah we are visiting there in Nov 2014.

How did you get on in Salalah we are visiting there in Nov 2014.

We never got off the ship in the end. The ship docks in a commercial area and there were free shuttles to the gate where the usual taxi brigade are in wait. As there was nothing that was of interest in town we decided to enjoy the hotel facilities of the fairly deserted ship.
