Carambola from Cruise Port

Hello All!

Does anyone have experience with getting to the Carambola Resort from the cruise port? Taxi availability/return?

Trying to figure out if golf there may be a possibility.

My husband wants to scuba dive with the dive shop there, we are wondering this too.

The Cane Bay dive shop has an office in town and will transport you to and from the diving spot in Cane bay....nice folks...reasonably priced....also right behind Eats which is a very cool place for lunch

Thank you fellow Arkansan. He decided to just go with N2the Blue since they are right there are the port. We are in St. Croix from 7 to 6:00, so he is going to dive in the morning and we'll hit the beach in the afternoon.

Just want to clarify here that the Carambola Resort and the Carambola Golf Course are not in the same location and I don't believe are owned by the same people anymore. So if your hubby wants to golf and you were hoping to hang out by the pool/beach, that won't be that easy to do.

Why not call or email the golf course and ask them about the availability of cabs? I'm guessing they would have to call one for you but that it wouldn't be that difficult.

Another option is to spend the day at the Buccaneer resort where the golf and beach are at the same location. Further from the pier but absolutely gorgeous spot, IMO.
