ALAEA (Hawaiian sea salt)
KALA NAMAK (Black mineral salt from India)
SEL DE MAR (Mediterranean sea salt from France)
SEL GRIS (Mediterranean grey sea salt from France)
SALISH (Smoked Alder salt, from Washington State).

You can buy the salts themselves at Marshall's and Home Goods.

Here's a cute one from Pottery Barn

Great White Condiment Set Quicklook $45.00

Also look here (plethora of dishes for salts) http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=...P_ID%7D&crdt=0

If you want to obtain the serving piece, you may want to e-mail Per Se restaurant in New York. The salts on 150 Central Park were inspired by a dish at Per Se - what 150 Central Park serves is almost identical to what was served at Per Se (though it is no longer served at Per Se). Per Se may be able to let you know where the serving piece can be purchased.

I can't find a specific one like theirs... however Google masala dabba and you may find some similar items. The masala dabba is the spice holder used in India for preparing curries and has multiple compartments that are shallower like the salt dish.

Red face Salt servers

I looked everywhere to purchase these salt servers for Christmas gifts. The salts can be purchased online, but I had no luck finding the flower servers.

I am not sure if they are exactly the same as the 150 central park salts, but Whole Foods sells a little "sample pack" of maybe 5-6 different types of salts. They also sell larger containers of individual fancy salts. All can be found in their spice section!
