Playa del Carmen and Calica

I am looking for a cruise docking at Playa del Carmen or Calica.

I would like to take an excursion in Tulum, but would not like to take the ferry from Cozumel where most cruise ships seem to dock.

Any advice appreciated.

I don't think there are any cruiselines that stop in Calica/playa anymore. I searched high and low for this and couldn't find any. I can't even find any that stop in Cozumel for 2 days which would be just as good IMO.

You would probably get more response on the Caribbean boards. These ports are not on the Mexican Riviera. They are on the East coast of Mexico.

We cruised to Calica/PDC in 2011 and would love to go back-I can't find them either any more.
