When are culinary class reservations available?

We will be on the Mayan Mystique March 3-13, 2016 on the Riviera. We can't make specialty restaurant reservations until January, but it isn't clear when the culinary class reservations become available. Does anyone know when these become available?

It does not seem to follow any set time frame all you can do is just keep checking

I booked 9 nts out for our May cruise but others have not been able to book until 3-4 mths out
