We just returned from the Freedom. I have taken pictures of the menus but only a few food porn shots. As soon as I can I will get them down loaded. In the mean time it is faster for me to type them.

 

Every day was a different theme.

Wow, how nice of you to take the time today to get this posted. I know the day we leave a ship is hectic with traveling and then all the the things that need attention once home. You've gone above and beyond the call of duty here. Thanks so much.

 

Now the fun begins, pictures, reviews, I have nearly a full year to read about it all before we go. Woot Woot!!!

Hmmm, snow crab salad. When I first read the speculation of the new menu, I seen crab legs in the thread. Im wondering if this snow crab salad is what was meant to be said?

 

And if so, is it REAL snow crab or just imitation crab meat?

 

I need to book another cruise on Freedom and find out! :p:o

I am not going to comment on how the food tasted because that would be too subjective. Presentation was stepped up a notch using different types of plates. Mostly things came out warm to hot when they should have, but I did get a warm apple cake last night that was cold.

They had 5 executive chiefs on board last week instead of the usual 3 to make sure things were prepared correctly. Lots of people from corporate to over see things also. Each dining room had a different style of menu to see which one was preferred.
