1st Premier Cruise

We will be taking our first Premier cruise with Carnival in March on the Magic.

Anyone that has been, I would love to hear about what to expect :)

Hi there and Happy 2017. Is a great cruise with a lot of cool stuff in the casino area. If u got the invitation with the casino offer, u got free drinks as long u playing and for your guest too. They have a lot of fun events only for Premier guest. My wife won $1200 the last night in the last raffle go figure. Is a lot of fun but be sure to follow the casino intinerary like the hrs for the events. Enjoy your Premier cruise.

Yes you'll get priority boarding

The first day at approx 5pm there's a nice Premier cocktail party in one of the lounges w Free cocktails and good appetizers....here you'll also meet the casino hosts

Each night the casino sends gifts to your cabin like chocolate covered strawberries, cookies, wine etc. and some kind of gift at the end. We've gotten plush beach towels, tumblers and last one was a nice iPad messenger bag

Each day/night they hold drawings and games in the casino where you can win cash or free slot play ......you have to be present to win if your names called. They give you a list with the drawings and times in your cabin

You also get a free drink card to

Use in the casino. Up to 15 free drinks per day

First time for me too! We booked today for a free interior on Miracle to Mexico in July. I have gotten free casino cruises on Princess but nothing special beyond the cruise and casino cash goes on. The premier cruises sound like fun. Can't wait.

For all you newbies on premiere cruises....if you earn 7500 points on ONE premiere cruise, you may receive an invitation to the next level ultra casino cruise. Their new rule is the 7500 point thing but the ultra has really nice gifts. The offers come out June-august sometime. They fill up extremely fast. Some of the gifts are 60" TV's, iPad, money, cell phones. The invited guest is guaranteed one prize.

I did my online check in today .... my cruise documents say nothing about being premier, is this the norm or should I be concerned? I did call and the PVP told me that we are booked premier.

Also, will there be a separate line for is to check in at port?

Make sure you bring hard copies of everything you have. I have gone on Premier Cruises where they didn't have any documents showing priority boarding. I have had other trips where my wife had all the goodies in the room (welcome aboard package from the casino) I didn't have anything. No drink card, no voucher for $600.00 cash, no nothing. I went to the casino cage ASAP with my invitation and it was all straightened out.

At least three times on casino cruises I was glad I brought hard copies of everything.

Sailing out of Port Canaveral I have seen a line for Premier Cruisers and other times I just went to priority boarding. I can't speak for any other port.

What do you mean by hard copies of everything? I just received an email about a Premier Cruise, which I am thinking of booking. It states I am to receive $500 Cash. Do I print out the email to bring?

Yep anything that states a perk or comp bring a hardcopy with you.

When we was at Port Canaveral in line at the port they said it must say on the boarding pass Priority or they make you get in the regular line. We didn't know that so we didn't get that perk.

Expect to lose a lot if money!
