Certified Scuba no equipment-Anyone do this excursion?

In April, we may be booking a Carnival cruise that arrives in Grand Turk. My daughters boyfriend is very interested in diving (he is very experienced). Before we book the cruise, we are wondering if he will have time in Grand Turk to do this. The excursions on the Carnival web page do not show the times the excursions leave..they only will after you book. We will be in Grand Turk from 8 - 2:30.

 

My questions are..

What time does this excursion start..will he have time?

How much Dive time do you really have?

Do they have equipment in case he decides not to bring his? (He isn't flying to the port so weight isn't an issue...just driving)
