April is almost gone.what the Hey

Around the corner is May

 

This I will call our May Day Call

I/we need to lose once and for all

 

Summer will be here are you ready

We need to eat right and exercise steady

 

I'm tired of the up and down game

Do you feel the same

 

Start....

1..2..3 Don't eat for three

4..5..6 Jump up and down..do your kicks

7..8..9 Drinks lots of water when you dine

10..... Then the pounds will be Beaten!!!

HI all!

 

Belle ~ some good points in your little ditty! I'm sad to report I'm up 0.2 lbs this week.:(

I know I could lose if I gave up my snacks but I like them too much. Also had DH's birthday dinner out & cake adding on the calories.

 

Hope everyone else are losers.;)

Belle, lovely to have you here. Cute poem.

 

Jo, I am joining you in the gain, only .5 lb that I lost last week.

 

Hubby and I went out for our Anniversary last night, ugh, food coma. I guess a .5 lb. gain is not so horrible.

Darn it! I am up as well 1lb to 159. Sigh

I may have hit a plateau. Since I still can't exercise I am going to have to try harder to at lease maintain. No way am I breaking 160 again.:mad:

Worked too hard to get there.

Sorry, I am a day late. Yesterday, my newest grandchild was born via emergency c-section. Thank God, all turned out well. After a harrowing morning, my granddaughter was born and mom and baby are doing well.

Before all that started happening, I did weigh-in. I was down .5#. Not much, but I will take it.

forbjz ~ Hang in there! I'm going to be in your position at the end of May as I'm going in for a total knee replacement so won't be able to do too much unless the exercises they recommend count.

Does that mean you've reached your goal?

 

Have a great weekend! DD's coming here for DH's birthday & wanted me to bake 2 cakes, neither of us needs that many calories.

Made it to weigh in day today.

 

Down 4.6 this week. I am just about to my transition weight. :D

 

BRAVO! Man, what a difference, great work!!!

 

Still maintaining, not going up but not going down - snacks are offsetting the cardio, so no headway.

Hi! Do you all post how much you lost every Thursday? Is it too late for me to join? We set sail on July 1st but leave for Florida on 6/27. I'm hoping to lose 20 pounds before then!!

 

Every Thursday there is a new thread to post weight loss - anyone and everyone can join in whenever they want to - the more the merrier.
