Best beach help

Hi all

We are going to grenada on our next cruise and wanted to know which would be the best beach to go to

We are looking for a beach which has white sand, has good facilities i.e toilets and food/drink and sun loungers but also not hours away from the cruise port.

What are your recommendations?

Grand Anse! short water taxi from the cruise dock and lovely snow white sands with lots of beds etc! We love it there and will be back there in December!!:)

We also spent a great day at Grand Anse when we were in Grenada this past January. We took the water taxi and I think it was $6 per person each way.

When you come off the water taxi, we turned to the right and headed way down the beach away from the vendors and crowds. Beautiful beach and crystal clear water. :D

Is this Grand Anse?

Was at this beach in 2009 but can't remember the name. We did get there by water taxi.

Yes, this looks like Grand Anse to me. :) Lazy Days Bar and Restaurant is on Grand Anse.

Grande Anse is one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.

These S-Class ships are fantastic

From the pictures Grande Anse doesn't look very grand. Can you tell me why you think it's the best beach in the Caribbean? :confused:

Do I want to walk left or right once I get off the water taxi? Do I want Coconuts restaurant, Umbrellas Beach bar, Lazy Days Bar or go to the Spice Market area??? Please help.
