Not sure on the 4x4 safari part but you'll love the beach. The sand and water are gorgeouse there. I would say it's perfect for kids. I think it's actually The Copacabana Beach Club and Grill on Brownes Beach on Carlisle Bay. Whatever you call it, it's just down the beach a ways from the Boatyard.
