Military rates on Royal Caribbean? How much in advance do they come out?

We have a cruise booked on Freedom of the Seas for December 2013. I booked super early and got a decent rate. When do Military rates ususally come out? We have our last payment due in Oct. but I am holding off hoping we can score a better deal.

We sailed FOS feb 2012 and waited and waited to see if they would offer a military rate (hubby is also in CG) before final payment...unfortunately they never did for our sailing. Best of luck to you for your sailing though :)
