Gibraltar: Dolphins or Rock

After much consideration and reading everything I could about Gibraltar, it finally comes down to the rock or the dolphins and who for the tour. Should i do the ship or private company? What has been your experience with this port?

See my reply on your other post.Up to you which way to go for a tour..I was staying in Spain so just went over for the day and used a local.
