Am I really asking a bev pkg question?

Sorry...this is the most beat to death topic but I read another thread where someone asked if it is possible to adjust a drink package from classic alcohol to premium non alcohol. I have the classic alcohol pkg but would prefer to have Pellegrino, virgin Pina Coladas and such. Is this an option?

Some have been successful doing this through Guest Services once on the ship.

I don't recall reading of anyone who was able to change pre-cruise.

I would recommend that you go to Guest Services when you board and see if they can make the change-don't use the package and then try and change it.

Go to the first bar you find. They will be very happy to upgrade you. Otherwise there are folks around ready to make it happen. Have a great cruise.

This is not an upgrade but a "down grade" !

We were able to do this at Guest sevices on the Equinox in September, after being explained that the premium non alcoholic package is cheaper than the Classic alcohol and that we could not expect to be refunded with the difference.

One of us had the premium n.a. and the other one the classic alcohol, however beside the slush drinks on the premium package and obviously the alcoholic drinks, we didn't really notice a difference. The Virgin drinks and specialty coffees could be had on both packages. Don t know about the Pelligrino.
