Company named Israel Cruise Excursions

Does anyone have information about this company? Their website says they're well rated on Trip Advisor, but I can't find them there. Anyone with experience using them?

Both Dina Horn (see, for example, http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g293977-i1733-k5484997-Our_late_trip_report_general_impressions-Israel.html), the Tour Coordinator, and Gilad Suffrin (see, for example, http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g293983-d2357966-r180868001-Israel_Private_Tour_Guide_Day_Tours-Jerusalem_Jerusalem_District.html), the Head Tour Guide, are extremely well-respected Israeli tour guides. Although I have no direct information about their company, I would have no hesitation to book with them if they had an itinerary that suited me. The two downsides of these small group tours are (1) you don't know who will be YOUR guide and whether you will mesh well with him/her, and (2) you have no control over the itinerary.

After booking Dina Horn for 6 days, I would not recommend her. Although she is accurate and knowledgeable, she did a few things that question her ethics. If you have any questions, please read my trip advisor review.
