Valencia and Ibiza

Recommended Posts

We will be making two port calls in Spain in April on MSC Orchestra. Our time in Valencia is 1230-1730 and Ibiza is 0100-1300.

MSC is offering very reasonably priced excursions in both places, but do we really need to take them? I've read on this board that there is a HOHO bus in Valencia and we don't have much time there. And I'm sure it will be 0900 before we step foot on Ibiza.

Any comments and/or advice greatly appreciated!

In Valencia take a cab to the City of Arts and Sciences and visit the Aquarium complex which is fantastic. You won't have time for much more.

In Ibiza just take a cab to old town and walk around the old city (be prepared to walk uphill).

It won't be warm enough that time of year to go to the beach.

Kind regards,

Gunther and Uta
