Many years ago did Tahiti in September and the weather was perfection. Now looking at 2017 and the only months I can do are November and December which are the start of rainy/monsoon season. Better to wait until spring/summer 2018? Anyone sail winter months?

I have sailed Tahiti in both November and December. No guarantee ever about weather, both times, we had mostly sunny days. During the Nov trip we would have occasional rain showers which quickly cleared up. For the Dec trip, we had pretty heavy rain one afternoon that lasted several hours.
