trouble accessing online checkin RCL UK?

Hiya everyone

We upgraded last week from interior cabins to gty balcony cabins, for our sailing on 26/5 independence norway cruise. Tried logging on today with our reservation numbers and just keep getting an error page asking us to view the allure .

Is this an error/update RCI are making to their website, perhaps because were in gty rooms? or is this something I need to contact royal about?

We were logging on to book a few special extras, especially as its mothers day today .

There is website maintenance today until 2pm after that you should be fine

Royal is notorious for doing server maintenance over the weekends. You can try throughout the day if you want, best bet would be to wait until Monday to try and log back in.

As a new user of CC you will not know that threads on this subject are frequent on weekends. Give it time you will get connected after they have done "whatever it is they do" at weekends

I can't get any pricing this AM on the US site. Chalking it up to the usual maintenance issues.

thanks everyone, I was just concerned that this was an individual issue. Having gone back online I found the maintenance notice... wish they would make it more prominent!
