I printed our boarding pass and luggage tags last night and there was a snafu. All the letters in the words were replaced with 6's on the boarding pass and 8's on the luggage tags. I tried using firefox and safari. Any suggestions?

Try to use a different printer, I printed mine at work and it did that, so I asked our IT guys and they said it was a printer driver issue. I tried a different printer and it worked fine.

Thanks!

I open the files and save the PDF's locally before printing them out, then use Adobe instead of the reader in IE or Firefox or Chrome to open and print them out. No distortions or partial letters and no 6666666666 or 88888888888. ("Browser" - that's the word I wanted... darn senior moments)

Also, as others noted, old printer drivers can mess up the printout, so make sure your drivers are up-to-date.
