must try food/drinks in Western Caribbean?

We are going to Falmouth Jamacia, Grand Caymen, and Cozumel next month-Are there any foods or drinks that you don't want to miss in those ports?

In Jamaica I would definitely want to get some jerk chicken again! We had it a beach barbeque, and it was soooooo good. Forgot to say also to make sure you have some "rice and peas" with that jerk chicken.

I had awesome conch fritters in Grand Cayman. It was just a small take out in Georgetown, and dont remember the name, but they were as good as the ones I have had in Key West and the Bahamas.

In Cozumel, again, sorry I dont remember the name of the restaurant but it was in the town center, and I had a tortilla soup, that I have not forgotten. Also on another trip, just stopped in there for a beer and tortilla chips (freshly made) with homemade salsa, mild and hot, and guacamole! The place was on a corner on the main street near the square.

None of these are gourmet fare, nor expensive, but they are honestly some of the best tasting things I have ever eaten in the Caribbean, and wish I could duplicate at home.:)
