Belize in November

My husband and I are so confused as to what to do in Belize. Excursion with Carnival because of the tendering or through an independent like Coral Breeze or Ecotours? Caye Caulker, Rendezvous, or Goff? Or maybe Starfish Island? We would like to go snorkeling but also touch our feet in Belize and do a little shopping. We keep thinking one thing then we read something and we start all over again! This is our 2nd cruise and would be the first excursion away from Carnival so that makes me a tad nervous. Any advice, thoughts or recommendations? Thank you!!

Carnival snorkeling excursions in Belize usually pick you up at the ship. Some will take you tot he tender pier on return, others just back to the ship, from where you can catch a ship tender to the pier. IMO, just use Coral Breeze or Ecotours , or others. You'll take the ship tender to the pier and return there. For just snorkeling and not a full beach day, Caye Caulker / Shark Ray Alley is a great excursion.
