I am a bit confused on ordering these packages. We booked on divina via travel agent for feb 22. I have ou booking numbers. Can I book these packages and tours myself online? If so, how?

It's a bit long winded and you need to have registered on the site before hand.

There's a section for onboard services where you can view drinks packages , excursions, spa packages etc.

Add what you want to your basket and checkout. You'll then get an email confirming what you've pre-booked.

PRINT OUT THAT EMAIL AND BRING IT WITH YOU. There's been some instances of lost orders so that email is your proof.

Cappucino you'll get T any bar. Bigger range of coffees will be available at Caffe Italiano (deck7 atrium) or Piazza de Doge (deck 6 near the atrium). The latter was one of my favourite spots on the Fantasia. You can also get cakes and pastries there (extra charge)

That's disappointing! We'll be on the Celebrity Silhouette a few weeks before this cruise and although you have to pay for your specialty coffees, the cakes and pastries at their coffee bar are free. However, we managed to get Celebrity's promotion which includes free drinks and gratuities. So the specialty coffees will be included.

The ones at the buffet are free but not those in the piazza del Doge but they are a step up from the usual ones. Who knows maybe they won't charge extra in the US

Sorry bit of a newbie and will be going on my first cruise next year.

1. I will be on Divina going from Miami on 22/02 - what of the above packages are included on this cruise?

2. I booked my cruise through a travel agents, and I am able to log into my account on the MSC website with my booking number etc, however it is very limited. Only shows excursions for 2 of the ports and doesn't have details of any of the drinks packages or any of the other extras? They are there but when I click on them it says nothing is available. I'm very confused  how do I go about booking one?

David-

I am planning on taking the December 21st cruise out of Miami. I wanted to take the same cruise you are on in February but my schedule won't allow for it. Have you figured out the details on the "AllegrissimoClassic" vs. the "All-Inclusive Beverage Carnet" drink packages please? The cost are the same and the options seem to be the same as well...

Thanks!

-Felix

Hi Felix,

The Allegrissimo Classic Carnet package has been withdrawn from the beverage package options on MSC Divina Caribbean sailings.

The Allegrissimo Classic includes unlimited consumption of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including a selection of wine by the glass, draft beer, soft drinks, mineral water, hot drinks, and a wide selection of drinks and cocktails from the bar list, as well as take away ice-cream. The package must be booked by all guests occupying the same cabin, belonging to the same reservation number, and all gusts booked under different reservation numbers but traveling together or as part of a group.

Hope this helps!

I am traveling with two other people but staying in a room alone. Drink packages say that all persons in your cabin or "traveling with" must buy drink packages if I do. I am looking at the 14 coupon beer package or the 12 coupon cocktail package. Does it apply to all packages or just the all-inclusive ones? Thanks. This is the first time I am maybe going to try one of the drink packages. Thanks.

Only the all inclusive packages need be purchased by all members. The coupons for beer, dinner wine and drinks can be purchased solo, and shared with others. The coupons for beer and dinner wine ane the best values, mixed drinks not so. Order ahead on the website to save another 15%, but order early, as the website is glitchy and the phone reps can do nothing within a week of departure. Cheers!

As others here, as it seems, I am confused regarding the drink packages. What beverages are INCLUDED with our cruise fare? Do we need to pay for coffee, tea, water and juice? If included in our fare can I refill a travel mug? Can we bring protein shakes on board with us or are ALL liquids banned? My husband drinks alcohol (anything would do..lol) however I do not drink any form of alcohol - just tea water and coffee. Any information is much appreciated.

Also I saw that jeans shorts t-shirts flipflops are not permitted after 6pm -is this in fact the case? thank you for your response.

Dear MSC USA,

Will the Allegrissimo Premium be available on a theme cruise, specifically the Celtic Thunder cruise out of Miami on Nov.8/14? I can't seem to get a straight answer anywhere. If so, do I purchase that through the MSC website, an MSC agent via telephone, or through the Celtic Thunder bookings team? I tried my booking number on the MSC website yesterday and it told me it was invalid.

Thanks very much.

Hi Puzzums,

On most charters, the Allegrissimo Premium package is not available, but there is other packages created especially for the group. The Celtic Thunder team will be able to provide more information.

Dear MSC USA,

Are teen soda cards available to purchase onboard Divina? Not tickets but an all-inclusive just for soda? I see there is one listed on this thread for $8/day for fountain drinks but there is nothing available for pre-purchase online? If there is one available, can it be used in the main dining room? THX!

I think the price for 14 vouchers to be used on adult drinks is PERFECT for me! 2 drinks a day is all I need. My husband does not drink. So after hearing that you can buy the vouchers separately I was surprised when it would only allow me to buy two nested of one! I can never get through to MSC and neither can my travel agent obviously as I've been waiting for over 24 hours to have them call me with a msc rep on the phone. I filled out a call back form on the website last WEEK! No word from MSC. Wow. This is so disappointing, my ship sails next Saturday. :(

Hi Lala1321,

If you send us a private message on the MSC Cruises USA Facebook page with the contact information for you and your travel agent, we can try to help. We appreciate your patience as call volumes are very high.

The Allegrissimo package worked for me -- BUT getting it was a hassle. I had ordered it online, but when I boarded the agent said I'd have to go to Guest Services to have it added to my sea card; Guest Services sent me to the casino; the casino sent me back to Guest Services. After about 10 minutes, Guest Services finally figured out how to add it to my card. They all acted like they'd never done this before; but surely I'm not the only person who bought the package online.
