Uh oh, where's our matriarch?!?

Long road trip this week so I'm dragging a little and not creative enough for a quality rhyme.

Did great though - ate well, no cheating, and 5 hours of crawling all over a 800' conveyor lugging heavy parts and pieces here and there made for a great workout and a sore body for this old man.

Down 3 though to 197 - that looks goooooood!

I wonder where Belle & Jan are? Oh I think Jan's at the family reunion & maybe Belle's having computer problems again..Think someone else is cruising this week but where are all the others?

Anyhow my news is not so great, up a pound & don't know why unless it was that Christmas in July meal I had Wednesday.;) My scale's 1st 3 weights were up but my Wii was down so who knows?

shootr ~ lovely pictures! Don't feel bad about the chips & salsa, I had a Dairy Queen strawberry sundae & 2 bowls of Spanish Rice while visiting my sister plus ate fast food on the way there & back.

Might not be good news on Thursday.;)

Got back from a family reunion on Sunday. We almost didn't go ... MIL ended up back in the hospital and it was iffy if we should make the trip or not. DH spent lots of time with doctors on the phone and all the kids visited and MIL was discharged Friday .... then on Sunday she was back in the emergency room ... life can be interesting at times.

I had lots of time to talk with family and we had lots of good food and wine :eek: I don't know what this week will bring.

Shootr - the butterfly pictures are great!

Belle - sorry that things continue to be difficult (and computer problems on top of everything else!).
