There has been no official announcement of changes, but it is a logical assumption that a flowrider will be added.

A lot of this depends on the long term plan for the embarkation port. For SJU this would make sense, cold climate - not so much.

Didn't Explorer get one, and now she is headed to Alaska

Correct - Explorer is the 1st Flowrider equipped ship in Alaska.

Then its heading to Europe/N.Africa, Middle East, Asia, Australia so it will see mixed weather.

I wonder what RC was thinking with Explorer as well. It's not the best cold weather ship - no enclosed pools.

Why not? The Freedom of the Seas was built in Finland in the cold. It was first used in Germany in the cold.

Besides, the Adventure of the Seas is a warm weather ship. The Solarium is not covered as it is on the Vision and Radiance class ships.

I recently found out that the company that makes the flowriders only signed a contract to install 3 voyager ships. Adventure is not one of them

That's what I heard too, which is why I was surprised when someone said she was getting one. But you never know I guess.

I do remember the flowrider article (2yrs ago) stating 3 units were ordered.

RC could change plans, ship locations...etc.

Logically RC should port a ship in SJU with a flowrider. This make more sense than sending a warm weather ship with a flowrider to Alaska. But I guess logic doesn't always work for RC.

Does anyone have any insight into 9392 or 9692 or pictures? Is it completely open to the deck above and the sun?

From what I have read and seen, you are reasonably private from the deck above, and there is plenty of sun, but the non-corner aft balconies can be seen from below. I am not 100% certain of this, but i remember seeing it somewhere.

Agree with everything you said, especially the last sentence:D

Thanks for sharing! I've got this cabin booked on an upcoming Navigator cruise. I'm hoping someone will post pics of the inside of the room since it's been updated in 2014. Cheers everyone!

I did find this video of Navigator 7688 after the update.
