What to do in Cozumel

Going on a Carnival Cruise in June. One of the ports to call is Cozumel. Taking three high school girls. Wondering what excursions to do. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Going to the beach is great, but if you want tio do a awesome excursion, I did the Tulum Ruins. It is a expensive excursion, but if you are into history and seeing Myan Ruins, it is a great choice.

Snorkel from the shore at the Money Bar - only a $10 cab ride from the piers plus good food/drinks/facilities. They rent gear there if you need it and also offer guides, etc.

What does your group enjoy doing and what is your budget for the day?

Do they like sunning by a pool or on a beach?

Ziplining?

Swim with Dolphins?

Snorkeling?

Underwater Subs?

etc. etc.

Would help everybody in here narrow down the suggestions.

There is literally TONS of things to do while in Cozumel.

In response to what they want to do. Everything that is the problem. They want to zip line, snorkel, beach and shopping. We are going to snorkel in Roatan, so i thought we would do something else in Cozumel. THanks for your help in this.

Coz is an island, so most of the best activities involve the water and the beach. Lots of tourist shopping options at both the piers and downtown.

Our college age children love Playa Mia beach and shopping and have always had enough time to do both. They take taxi to Playa Mia with their Dad and spend a couple of hours and then back for shopping.

They would probably enjoy "bar hop" shopping at the well known bars in Cozumel. They could go the gift shops or even go in and order non-alcoholic beverages and experience these sorts of places. It could be quite fun for them. :D
