Luxury Hotel in Cabo

Are there any recommendations for a luxury hotel in Cabo within walking distance of town? The One and Only seems to be far from town. Also would like to have a room on the Ocean..at least to hear it.

Everyone's definition of luxury is different, but this just opened in December 2015 and is on the marina, walking distance to everything:
