Port arrival time with DCL transfers

It has been 15 years since our last DCL cruise and forget what time we should anticipate to be at the port with DCL transfers. We will be picked up from the Grand Floridian and remember last time it was about 10 when we got picked up. Has it changed?

You were unbelievably lucky if you got picked up at 10 and it was 15 years ago. The big problem with DCL transfers from WDW is that they usually depart Disney property somewhere around 12:30. That gets you to the port after 1. If you want to get there earlier, there are several options. You can rent a car from on or near WDW property and drop off at the locations near the cruise terminal, use a private transfer service, or take Magical Express back to MCO and catch a DCL bus there.
