Samana - tender to Cayo Levantando - is it still free or discounted?
I see in different placese what NCL was offering tender to Cayo Levantando for free or discounted from their web site price. Is it still the case now?
I am going on Gem, Feb 5 if it helps to figure out if it can be discounted at that time

12/28 Gem from NYC they were charging full price I think $49pp many were unhappy. Tow ships were in port by the time they got their only chairs with broken parts were left.
Over heard one crew member saying it was holiday season and they were charging full rates so this may not be true now.

12/22 sailing was the ONLY sailing they charged $49.99 pp!
  You are 100% right...chairs were broken and beach was overcrowded. Do not go with NCL UNLESS it is $14.99 like it should be!
