Holiday ruined

I have received a full refund for the cruise - but not from either FOCL, or the travel agent. Unfortunately, it arrived too late for my mum to get on "another?" cruise to Norway - sadly mum passed away.

I would like to thank the crew and passengers on the Balmoral, for making it a nice final cruise for mum. Particular thanks go to the cabin stewardess of 8040, for placing our last photographs into lost property, and to the ladies at afternoon bingo,
