The $200 will be a credit on your sea pass card. Yes you can use it in the shops, specialty dinners, at any bar, use towards you gratuities, or use it for a ship excursion, even use it in the casino, the only thing you can't do is try and get it back in cash. happy cruising.

Also, it depends on how the bonus cash is structured. We have been able to get cash back at the end of the cruise when we didn't use all the OBC at the purser's desk every time, so far. I believe there are some OBC that cannot be cashed out, however; we've just never come across that scenario.

 

But, that was for a quite large OBC. We'd use up the $200 easily just in gratuities.
