Default private bus

So far we have 31 people with deposits in our group. Many of them, if not all, will be interested in the bus. The lowest cost for a bus that I have inquired about is $700 each way. Thats about $45 per person. I believe there is a potential for a few more people to sign up. Bob and Terry, and maybe Terry's brother Joe and his family. If they sign up we will get the price down to around $40 round trip. If we fall short we can also consider a party bus which will be less expensive overall to bring the price for 31 down to under $40. The party bus however doesn't have a lot of room for luggage and ther eis no bathroom.

Default bus

Hi guys,
Since we are dropping Tike off with Mike who lives next to the port, we need to drive ourselves and leave our car at his house.
Terry and Bob

Default proper count

in order to get the right count I need everyone to somehow account for everyone in their party. So make sure you vote for all the people unless they also sign up and vote themselves.

Default bus price

George, you said that you have a friend in the charter bus business: I just found out that the bus company that I thought would charge $700 each way may not be in business anymore. Their phone is out of service. So I contacted another charter company and got a $795 price. That would be about $53 per person or $212 for a family of 4. Not that attractive when parking there is $171. Can you see if you can get a coach bus for around $700?

Default Party Bus!

Can we reconsider the party bus or is that option already out?

Party bus only holds 25 and doesn’t have much room for luggage

Default Reserved a Bus

After making many inquiries to over a dozen busing companies, I have put a deposit on a Coach bus for the trip. The company that I was going to originally hire for $700 ea. way apparently went out of business. I couldn’t make contact with them as their phone was out of service. The next best price I got was from Coach inc. for $821 ea. way. I have counted 30 people that have told me they were interested in the bus. So that is $56 per person. Sorry about the increase in price but I thought we would have more than 30 and thought the price was going to be $700 ea. way. Surprisingly, I received quotes from as low as $700 and as high as $1,800 ea. way. Amazing how much difference the quotes were. I had to put $500 down on the bus so if anyone wants to pay me I would appreciate it. Regarding full payment, i need to make the final payment one month prior to the cruise. I was going to plan a cruise party get together at my house in the middle of March. I would like to get full payment from everyone by that time. I will give more info on the cruise party get together as we get closer to the March timeframe. If anyone has a particular day they cannot meet let me know so I can schedule the party around it.

I see you posted to take the bus. May I ask who you are. This is for a private bus but I would consider someone outside the group if you need a ride.

There is a bunch of ways to get from Orlando International Airport MCO to Port Canaveral. One of the most comfortable way is to get a private van or in your case more than one to pick you right from the airport. There is a recent post about Transportation Costs – Taxi vs. Private Van that could also be interesting to you.
