Wacky Rollers - zipline/tubing thru Shoretrips?

Has anyone done the combo zipline/river tubing excursion offered by Shoretrips? It says the departure time is 10:00 AM (local time) and lasts 5 hours. We are on Carnival Victory in April and are not scheduled to dock until 10:00.

Has anybody had this same situation and they (Shoretrips) adjusted the departure time?

Have also read that if you contact Wacky Rollers about booking with them, they'll forward your email to West Coast Taxi. So you're doing the Wacky Rollers tour, but they're not breaking their contract with Carnival because you booked through somebody else.

Did you book it through Shoretrips.com? I'm trying to find out if they adjust the time based on what time you dock. We don't get there until 10:00 and the website says the excursion departs at 10:00.
