Lamothe House

Has anyone stayed at this hotel recently? If so would you stay there again? Any info would be helpful.

Go to Tripadvisor.com. I had looked at the Lamothe House too prior to our intended first trip to NOLA. I haven't looked at it for awhile tho on this web site. I considered it until I had read some of the reviews by people who ended up in a room not in the main house. They said it was kind of scarey because your door was in an alley of some sort. I chalked it off because I don't want to end up in something that I hadn't expected. Some of these people said that they had expected to be in the main building and ended up in the other. But I'd look to see how it fairs now on tripadvisor.com Good luck!

Thanks arby70 I have read the reviews on trip advisor and it seemed to get very mixed reviews. Some time when I am in New Orleans I am going to go by and check it out. It looks like it would be a good option if it lived up to its claims.
