We are booked in a family ocean view (made for families of 5) after the refurbishment. Will we have one of these floor to ceiling panoramic oceanviews?

Virtual balconies are only for interior rooms. You have an oceanview so you won't have one.

The panoramic windows are only for the new oceanview cabins they are adding. You have an existing oceanview cabin so it will be as it is today.
