How far from dublin cruise port to airport????

Can anyone tell me how far it is from Dublin cruise port to the airport? Looking at booking a 12:05 flight to Southampton to catch the Queen Mary TA. Doable??

It's about 15 km (10 miles).

30 minutes by taxi. Less if you are prepared to pay an extra toll charge and use the 'Port Tunnel' Depending on day of week, then maybe 15 minutes.

You should be ok with a 12.05 departure, but what about arrival time? Are you ok for time to collect bags and transfer to port?

It took my husband about 30 mins. last week in the morning hours due to rush hour traffic. It's not far, just a little slow-going due to the traffic.

Oh - wanted to add that it really pays to have a private transfer all set up ahead of time. We've used Tommy's Taxi Tours a couple of times now and it is so nice to have someone you can rely on to be there for you and know where you're going. I hope this info is still currant..We will need transportation when arriving in Dublin for our Celebrity cruise end of May 2018 to board the ship directly from airport and then again at day of cruise end (ship due back at 5:30am) for a flight back to the US on Delta ... flight is 11:00am. This is one of the latest flight available right now and am hoping it will work for us....Thoughts ?

Info is still current - the airport is still in the same location and the port hasn't moved much! ;p

Your Delta flight to Dublin arrives 9.20 am so no problems for boarding by noon approx.

For your return flight no problem with 5.30 arrival. If you are off the ship by 7am you will be in the airport well before 7.30.
