Walk around OSJ. Go to El Moro, Camino De La Princesa, La Fortaleza Street, and have a local snack and drink. That should get you 3-4 hours.

YES :) If you've never been to Old San Juan it's definitely worth exploring for the day. It's awesome and a nice change up from most of the other ports doing beaches, water sports, etc.

We did the walking food tour (10:00 AM and I believe 3:00 PM) and it was a lot of fun and great food. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history of San Juan. We found great reviews on tripadvisor and had time after to take the free trolley and roam around the city.
