Has anyone every used Cruise Discount Genie? I want to try but I don't want to have my email address given to all kinds ofcompanies so they can send all kinds of spam.

I have a 2nd email that I use for things like this. This way if I start getting to much spam, I just delete it.

As far as using that site. I used it on my last cruise and never received an email from them at all. So I can't verify whether or not it actually works.

Good luck.

I think this is similar to cruise fish dot net which is a legitimate site run by a very nice guy. He charges a nominal fee to do the email notifications. I haven't signed up for that service, but check his site for current rates. It's a very cool site. I have been using it for so long, I don't remember if I had to provide an email to register or not. But like the previous poster, I have "junk" email addresses for that purpose. And honestly, I don't think I've ever received an email from them. And I don't think this guy is in the business of selling email addresses.
