Sorry this is too late to probably help you, but maybe it will help someone else.

 

We've taken several land vacations on Bonaire. There is (or at least used to be) a bowling alley in the downtown area as well as a small movie theater.

 

If you had a rental car, you could drive over to Lac Bay (about a 25 minute drive one-way) and they could take a wind surfing lesson. One of the best places in the world to learn to windsurf. Bay is quite shallow and instructors readily available. Would probably need to make a reservation ahead of time.
