Concentration camp visit(Gdansk)Stutthof

Has anyone visited Stutthof? My DH finally sat down to discuss excursions today. It is important to him to visit a concentration camp. He is not interested in another castle!! We had not heard of jStutthof until our Cruise line excursion brochure came in yesterday. I had of course known about Aushwitz(sp?)Anyway now that I know how much he wants to visit one. what do you think? Oceania does offer this excursion. Jeanine

We visited Stutthof last year. It was a very nice drive out to the camp, and the grounds were very impressive. It is one of the smaller camps, however you really get a good idea of what went on there. We had a private guide since we booked independently through OrbisTravel.com
