Yes. They will have a table set up somewhere for you to do this. Probably in the reception area and maybe outside the buffet area.

Out of the box thinking: Buying a soda card on the 2nd day to avoid Spanish tax? Or not possible/for sale on 2nd day?

Pretty sure they will still charge you for the whole week even if you do not buy it on the first day.

NCL serves Pepsi products. You are also allowed to bring on your own soft drinks, bottled water and juices.
