Getting into Mohagany Bay area if not a Carnival cruiser?

We historically sail on Carnival, however we are looking at trying the NCL jade. I've heard NCL docks at Coxen Hole. Is there a way to go to Carnival's nice mahogany bay area if you are NOT a Carnival guest?

I'm sorry but I have to ask why you would want to go to a cruise line owned, man made amusement area when you have a whole island to explore? If nothing else take the NCL excursion to Tabayana Beach and have a peaceful beach day.
