Buying Retin A in Mexico

I've noticed some people posting that they buy Retin A without a prescription in Mexico. Just curious on how you know that the quality would be the same as in the US? I know many buy things from the pharmacies in Mexico and I'm up for it but wondering if there are some tips and things I should be aware of.

I have purchased it there as well and find it to be the same quality as here in the us. of course its in spanish, but who cares, you can see the strength % on the bottle so its obvious what you are getting.

Bought it many times in Mexico and don't notice any difference in what I can buy in the States.

And I am not hating on Mexican Pharmacies!!! I love Playa Del Carmen. I have stayed a week every years for the last 9 years!!!
