Princess cruises tour - 4X4 Safari Scenic Drive & Waterfall Adventure

Has anyone done the 4X4 Safari Scenic Drive & Waterfall Adventure offered on Princess cruises? It recommends if you have back problems not to go. I'm just wondering how rough a ride it was. I look forward to any comments if you've done this tour. It looks like a great tour.

Looking at the same excursion for January. Just wondering if anyone has taken this, and if it was fun! We have been to St. Lucia many times. It can be a little boring if you don't plan something in advance.
