Which resorts in St. Lucia offer a day pass and allow children on New Years Day?

Thanks in advance.

Very few, and the day passes they have are quite limited. You can check out Bay Gardens Beach Resort, St James Club, and Royal by Rex. Of those, only St James is an actual all-inclusive with unlimited drinks, daily activities, etc. The other two are more regular hotels that offer lunch and limited facility use for a fee.

All beaches in St Lucia are public, so if beach/loungers, etc are what you're looking for, you don't need a day pass with the limitations. You can easily visit Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay that has loungers and umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants (and Bay Gardens is located on this beach, and their restaurants are open to the public, along with Spinnaker. Etc), water sports, splash Park, etc...
