Fishing Excursion from Dock - Where/what is this?

I am cruising and lost my notes on the port and vendor where they outfit you with gear and you fish onsite. I've tried searching and cannot find anything, but I know I didn't make this up. Any help?

If I recall correctly, it was Ketchikan. Dolly's on Creek Street. When we were there last week, I saw the sign on the outside of the building, that they rent poles and equipment. We did not confirm with them.

We once did a fish from the dock at the hatchery in Juneau. It was Chum Fun Charters. There was a sea lion that tried to nab the fish as they were caught. Not really exciting as a tour out in the wild, but ok and cheap for a couple of hours. Kids would get a kick out of it.
