January was full of ups and downs

Leftover from Holiday pounds eating and shopping in town

 

Now water weight is gone if you did it right

Now the true pounds come off and you will feel light

 

So eating and exercising is what we must with all our might

We know what we have to do to make it right

 

So hope February is a good month for all

That we all lose some pounds this month.. that's a good call

 

Watch out this Sunday while watching the Super Bowl.. try to be good

Football game might be good but remember the drinks/buffet.. isn't weight loss food

I was up .3 this morning. I'll own it after my cheat day!! I cheated too close to weigh day! Ha, jokes on me!! I ate my feelings and they sure were tasty that day!! :D

 

I was focused yesterday and so far today. It's easy to start my morning out right and I bring healthy snacks to work. I get off this job at 1 and then head home to work from home for my afternoon job.

 

Overall, I am down 20.7 from my all time high! Hope everyone had a great week!

 

Can't wait for my 1st cruise in 2.5 weeks!!!!!!:D

Hello losers! ;-)

 

I was surprised to lose 5.5 this week, was expecting a loss yes but not so much!.. means I have lost my 8lb cruise gain in 2 weeks with an added 3.5 half to boot, so am back on track. (35.5 off since Oct 17th)

 

14 weeks til Alaska cruise... AND ALL THAT FOOOOOOD.

Yeah, the layout is a little weird now, but slowly getting the hang of it...

 

Managed to stay the same 190 even with too much birthday celebrating.

 

Something about 190, I feel so much better at or below that magic number - so for this morning at least - my motivation to stay the course is at 100%.

Bell ~ I just noticed the new format yesterday. It'll take a little getting used to but at least my usual threads are highlighted making them easy to find!

 

Diana ~ same here DH & I are not into sports either although I wouldn't mind a chicken wing in the spirit of things! ;)

 

Aratski ~ you've done a great job! You sure picked a lovely ship for your 1st cruise! I liked Breeze so much I sailed it twice!

 

Well, sticking with the 2/2 theme I lost another 0.2 lbs! I'm still in the 150's so that's making me happy.:D Got to get to the mid 140's eventually.

 

This time next week DH & I will be in Panama at a resort so I won't be checking in. I hope to walk & climb enough stairs to ward off a weight gain from the all inclusive food & drinks.:o

Hi all, good to see that everyone is trying to stay focused and losing. I lost another 2lbs this week. Would have been more but ended up working late and eating pizza during a friends retirement party and today we had a superbow party luncheon. gonna have to work more on that treadmill tonight and over the weekend. Hope you all have a great weekend and watch the Patriots beat the Falcons....Rob

I lost a pound. Happy went out to eat 3 times.

Tried to be good.

 

Sass.. Great loss in a week! Jack and wings make

a good super bowl game "eats". CC is doing a new format,

some have it, some don't but everyone will get sooner or later.

 

Aratski.. That .3 is water weight. Two jobs must keep you busy.

Your cruise is getting closer! Yea!

 

Diana.. If a home team was playing might watch for the game

but maybe will watch for the commercials. Glad you had a loss.

 

Lorna.. Great loss to you too for a week. Nice have cruise gain off plus more.

Always nice to have another cruise coming up!

 

shootr.. Glad you stayed the same after your birthday eating and drinking.

Was a nice present to your self.

 

Jo.. A loss is a loss! Be happy! A week in a resort in Panama how nice.

Walk a mile for every meal and drink! lol Enjoy!

 

Rob.. Another good loss. You had a good time with friends and still had

a loss. That's a win. Enjoy the super Bowl!

Tonight going to go 2 movies today/night. One with my daughter.

Probably watch the game/ad's Sunday. Sat. I should do some work

around the house. What fun!

Stayed steady this week, cut out pop on Wednesday, so next week should see a difference.

You will. Can't preach enough about good I feel not having soda anymore. Tea, coffee, water (and an occasional adult beverage) is it for me anymore.

 

Doing everything I can to stay out of the kitchen:

Still sticking to only eating between noon and 8pm, and then less than 1300 calories, even on weekends. And it's 72 degrees here, just sitting in the sun impersonating a lizard!

Whatever you did from above.. Hope you had fun!

If you overdid it this weekend.. It's Monday, so get

back on track. Super Bowl was just one day!

Drink water and eat less today!

Jo, Panama at an all-inclusive.....sounds heavenly. Have some foo foo drinks for me.

 

Hubby and I are doing some Spring cleaning early. It was a rainy weekend so might as well do some stuff indoors.
