I didn't see the Cup cake shop on the deck plan for Adventure, so I would say no.

I actually love the coconut frosted cupcakes ... I think I had three on our last Oasis cruise ... but I do love sweet. I've never been a big fan of most of RCCL desserts ... but I did like the cupcakes. Jan

My original thought was "I am not going to spend $2.50 on a cupcake " until someone mentioned Root Beer cupcakes - my thoughts have changed! Must try these on our next cruise.
