Catamaran Shuttle from cruise port to old town Cartagena

I am not sure if I am posting this correctly but I want to know if the Catamaran shuttle to Old Town Cartagena is open for business. i have read some reviews that it is closed but nothing really updated for a while. We will be in Cartagena on April 24th, 2013 so it would be good to hear from someone who has recently been there. If so I would like more information about buying tickets and where to pick it up near the cruise port.
