How soon can I get my lanyard at the casino

Boarding in 6 hours!! How soon can I get my lanyard at the casino and where do I go to get my S and S card punched?

You can go to the casino as soon as it opens, which the ship has to be so far out to sea for it to open. I'd just give it a couple hours, Don't worry, you will be finding plenty to do until then Have fun.

By the way, it will be a coil-like plastic cord, and they will punch the card for you. When we were on the Glory, they acted like we must actually PLAY in the casino for her to give us the lanyard and punch the card - like it was some kind of great service

we were on the conquest last month and they quit giving the lanyard away. they told us we had to buy them in the shops.

This happened to us on our 1st cruise. The person acted like we were actually bothering them. The other three cruises after that, the people were very happy to us...even the cruise last March. The poster above says that CCL didn't give away the lanyard last month, so maybe that is one of the cutbacks .

I just got off the Ecstasy on Monday and they still give the lanyards in the casino. They had someone punching your cards and attaching before the casiono actually opened

We went up to the cage hours before the casino opened on the Fantasy and the lovely lady working was more than happy to punch our cards and attach a lanyard.

Surprised to hear that. I sail Carnival a lot and most times someone is walking around the casino (with a smile) punching cards and giving away lanyards. I usually just go to the cage when the casino opens. Now I just have them punch my SS since I have so many lanyards that I just bring my own.

On the Dream, there was a guy standing in the casino on the walkway flagging down people to give them to! I don't play in the casino, but was walking through to go to afternoon tea or something and saw him.
