Falmouth with a 7 and 11 year old

We will be going to Falmouth on the Carnival Breeze in January. I was wondering what would be good excursions for a 7 and 11 year old. The 7 yr old is not a great swimmer so cave tubing is out. Any other suggestions?

If you don't find anything else you like, you could stay in the port and let them swim in the pool at Margaritaville which is located within the secured port area. :)

Not sure of any cave tubing in Jamaica. (Belize has that for sure) but you could go to Mystic Mountain where you take a chair lift up the mountain for beautiful views, a pool, a small waters slide, then Zip-line or take the bobsled down the mountain. It's not cheap, but it would be great for kids your ages.
